Organization Association

Delta Phi Epsilon is a member of the National Panhellenic Conference (NPC). This is an organization made up of 26 sororities that are governed by the same rules and regulations.

The PEARL Program

The Personal Enrichment Activities for Responsible Living Program is a program that helps undergraduate sisters achieve personal growth and help them to suceed as an alumna sister. There are 21 "Pearls" to earn each year, 4 from each of the five "S's" (Sisterhood, Social, Scholarship, Service, and Self) and one Personal Development Pearl (PDP) that the sister gets to develop for herself and works to complete.
